职位描述
岗位职责：
- 负责校园招聘项目的落地执行及支持工作，主要包括宣讲会，笔试，面试；
- 解决项目中的突发事件，并以客户满意度为导向；
- 维护与高校的关系，树立公司在高校老师和同学中的良好形象；
- 控制项目成本，提出降低成本的改善意见；
- 提供产品修改、执行流程改善意见，共同提高产品、服务竞争力；
- 其他领导交代的工作；
任职要求：
- 2020年毕业的大专及以上全日制在校生，课余时间充裕（每周一至五全勤者优先）
- 积极向上，敢于担当，高度责任感；
- 良好的协调、应变能力，强烈的团队意识和协作精神，主动性和组织执行力强；
- 思维活跃，善于观察，逻辑思维能力强,有一定的分析和总结能力；
- 有热情、耐心，细心，责任心兼备；
- 形象好、气质佳，表达及动手能力俱佳；
- 熟练掌握Office办公软件。
