职位描述
工作职责：
- 经过培训熟悉整体校园项目进程，熟练掌握工作系统的使用，监控全国范围内项目预警内容，并对预警进行人工甄别和消除，联系各地相关责任人及时跟进并解决预警问题；
- 根据系统提示处理项目异常情况，对项目任务进行判断报告并向上级汇报，最终将预警内容做出相应的处理；
- 对任务处理结果进行有效反馈
- 对项目不规范的任务进行有效的记录和反馈，并定期汇总分析数据；
- 对工作流程作出合理意见和建议。
基本要求：
- 大专以上学历，应届生优秀者皆可
- 学习能力强，善于观察，有一定逻辑思维分析能力和总结能力，优秀的沟通能力
- 优秀的时间管理能力，良好的书面和口头表达能力
- 强烈的团队意识和协作精神，吃苦耐劳
- 积极向上，敢于担当，高度责任感，主动性、执行力强。
- 能熟练应用办公室软件（尤其是Excel，PPT）
