岗位职责:

1.Implement a Quality management system covering all process specific procedures in the organization, to meet the business requirements and the company's mission and vision according to ISO/TS 16949.
2.Support the process owners in implementing process descriptions that meet the requirements of the Quality management system. Review and improve the Quality management system to facilitate a continuous improvement process within the organization.
3.Manage FTQ / Scrap step down in the plant.
4.Develop quality team, coordinate activities with certification bodies. (Product and System), Improve the knowledge of the organization in terms of best practice in Quality systems.
5.Take into account from very beginning. (New launch, C sample qualification, Full PPAP delivery, actions before SOP, SOP actions follow up, quality gate, firewall…)
6.Create, maintain and improve internal processes within the Quality management system in liaison with the process owners, Manage the corrective and preventive actions process.
7.Plan and perform internal audits. Be the first point of contact for external audits and coordinate the external audit process within the company including follow up actions.
8.Keep good communication with others, like customer quality PBU, technical center…
9.Monitor non conforming material complaints, Summarize quality reporting & environmental reporting(include to customer quality/delivery performance…), prepare data for the management review.
10.Lead reactivity / analysis / quick answer to customers claims. Establish regular customer complaints summary and report to management team for them to better lead/manage quality activities and achieve quality performance in order to deliver exceptional customer service, drive continuous improvement activities and make sure business quality transactions smooth and effectives.
11.Other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.



任职资格:

Essential requirements:

?Bachelor Degree – Engineering background specialized in Machine Construction Technology;
?Technical knowledge: reading and interpretation of technical drawings, machine parts, tolerances, dimensional control;
?10 yrs. Quality system experience and at least 5 yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry
?5 years management experience, GB or 2 years Lean manufacturing experience. BB or Lean expert is plus.
?Familiar with QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system; with internal auditor certification.
?Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D, DOE, good at problem solving skills, like 6 Sigma, Shainin…
?Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
