1．To formulate the company's financial objectives, policies and operating procedures;

制定公司的财务目标、政策及操作程序；

2．Establishing and improving the organizational structure of the company's financial system, setting up posts, defining responsibilities, ensuring the quality of financial accounting information, reducing operating and management costs, ensuring smooth information and improving work efficiency;

建立健全公司财务系统的组织结构，设置岗位，明确职责，保障财务会计信息质量，降低经营管理成本，保证信息通畅，提高工作效率；

3．Financial description of the company's business objectives, to provide a basis for business management decision-making, and regularly review and measure the company's business risks, take effective measures to prevent them;

对公司的经营目标进行财务描述，为经营管理决策提供依据，并定期审核和计量公司的经营风险，采用有效的措施予以防范；

4．Establish and improve the company's internal financial management, audit system and organize the implementation of the company's financial strategy, financial management and internal control work;

建立健全公司内部财务管理、审计制度并组织实施，主持公司财务战略的制定、财务管理及内部控制工作；

5．To coordinate the relationship between the company and government departments such as banks, industry and commerce, taxation, statistics and auditing, and safeguard the interests of the company;

协调公司同银行、工商、税务、统计、审计等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益；

6．Audit financial statements, submit financial analysis and management reports, participate in the analysis, demonstration and decision-making of investment projects, track and analyze various financial indicators, reveal potential business problems and provide management decision-making reference;

审核财务报表，提交财务分析和管理工作报告；参与投资项目的分析、论证和决策；跟踪分析各种财务指标，揭示潜在的经营问题并提供管理当局决策参考；

7．To ensure the efficient operation of the company's financial system; to organize and promote the company's annual business/budget planning procedures, including capital demand planning and normal operation;

确保公司财务体系的高效运转；组织并具体推动公司年度经营/预算计划程序，包括对资本的需求规划及正常运作；

8．According to the company's actual operating conditions, formulate effective financing strategies and plans, and use various financial means to ensure the company's optimal capital structure;

根据公司实际经营状况，制定有效的融资策略及计划，利用各种财务手段，确保公司最优资本结构；

9．Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Finance, etc., with Certified Public Accountant Qualification Certificate is preferred.

财务、会计、金融等专业本科及以上学历，具有注册会计师资格证书者优先考虑；

2.Only accept employee who has relevant working experience in five-star hotel.

3. Familiar with contract law, economic law and other laws and policies, skilled in operating financial software;

熟知合同法、经济法等法规政策，熟练操作财务软件；

4.Holding health certificates for employees in Shanghai;

持有上海市从业人员健康证；

5.More than five years’ experience as manager of finance department.

具有五年以上财务部门经理工作经验；

6.Excellent management skills and good communication skills;

具备出色的管理能力与良好的沟通技巧；

7.Familiar with relevant policies and regulations, excellent financial management experience, keen insight and data sense, familiar with financial planning, cost analysis, budget, cost accounting and other advanced financial management processes;
