工作职责：

1. 负责全公司的薪酬管理工作，与薪酬外包供应商对接，保证全公司的薪酬的准确核发，以及薪酬体系的健康发展；
2. 与薪酬外包公司对接，负责员工个税以及劳务税的核算及缴纳；
3. 负责公司的员工福利相关的工作，包括各类商业保险的沟通、谈判、执行，以及其它员工福利项目管理；
4. 负责公司的绩效评估系统的执行及改善工作，根据业务的发展不断完善绩效评估体系，使其能支持公司业务的发展；
5. 负责公司的员工关系工作，包括劳动合同的续签，人事政策咨询，劳动纠纷的处理，推行HRBP部门的各项制度；
6. 负责员工访谈工作，包括试用期访谈、离职访谈等，及时了解各部门的员工动态，并提供合理化的管理建议；
7. 组织策划员工活动，宣传企业文化，营造和谐向上的企业氛围。
8. 与各业务部门保持良好密切沟通，从HR专业角度提供有利于业务发展的建议。

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，英语听说读写熟练；
2. 3年以上薪酬绩效或员工关系模块工作经验；
3. 结果导向，优秀的时间管理能力、多任务处理能力，细致耐心；
4. 优秀的EXCEL技能，对数据敏感。
