ORGANISATION CHART:
Direct Manager : Plant manager
Functional manager : Diesel World PC&L manager

RESPONSABILITIES / MISSIONS:
1. Majors responsibilities
? Recruit, develop and manage the PC&L team in compliance with the different Delphi procedures, internal control & customer requirements & health and safety policy of the plant
? Set( with PBU input) and achieve the budget for PC & L costs including Logistics and Inventory & DIO
? Be an active member of the plant staff to ensure overall plant objectives are achieved
? Ensure good operational performance of PC & L tasks, including production planning, scheduling, parts ordering, physical work flows and storage, shipping and good customer delivery performance
? Ensure good working of the PC & L elements of the ERP system ( e.g. SAP) including inbound & outbound EDI
? Ensure good preparation of new projects with all the associated PC & L elements ( advanced PC & L)
? Develop good operational relationships with both customers and suppliers
? Ensure the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans including Logistics MCIP for the plant
? Escalate problems to the appropriate level when needed


2. Missions of PC&L manager
Process 1 & 2 : Planning, Scheduling & part ordering
? Ensure robust process to receive, analyse the customer demand and drive Original Equipment Delivery performance including customer metrics
? Ensure weekly production plan updates , measure the schedule attainment
? Ensure that schedules are sent weekly to suppliers and improve supplier delivery & logistics performance (PR & R's)
? Achieve budget inventory turns & inventory budget levels ( FX excluded)

Process 3 : Logistics
? Ensure that the Delphi lean policy is applied from receiving to despatch
? Support Transport improvement approach & achieve Logistics budget
? Ensure PFEP is kept up to date

Process 4 : Advanced PC&L
? Ensure flawless launches

Process 6 : Continuous Improvement
? Maintain & Improve the 6 key PC & L processes & systems ( act as change agent) using the QVC & 5 lean principles diagnosis tools and standard work
? Manage , develop, train & improve productivity of PC & L resources & organization across the plant including succession planning
? Ensure Strong Internal Controls and SOX compliance & good API results
? Lead MEIT/IMCIP/MCIP PC & L initiatives to achieve the budget transport & operational costs
? Deploy problem-solving methodologies (I&CIM, PRF) within PC & L
? Lead by example: detailed follow up, strong communications plan, engage your PC & L team

FORMATIONS ou COMPETENCES ou CONNAISSANCES REQUISES - TRAINING
? Engineer - / master in Production control & Logistics
? Good knowledge of logistic principles
? Chinese - English - (Korean optional)
