职位描述
-Identify, secure and implement open source partners across the 4-buckets to drive Terrex brand heat and target achievement across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
-Owner of the APAC/CHINA/HYPERLOCAL open source agenda.
-Partnerships with a story focus including product collaborations, digital platforms, new business models, Startups, University and government bodies.
-Co-ordinates with global outdoor team to ensure China needs are met through the hype and collaboration calender via statement and beyond.
-Have an entrepreneurial mindset towards creating the new and seeking collaborations with some of the hottest local partners.
-Co-owns grassroots agency partnerships and relationship together with SpoMa, including selecting and managing a sports agency to ensure TERREX brand is present and engaging at local/grassroots outdoor events (Focus: Trail running, Hiking, Climbing, Bike).
-Owns grassroots style/fashion partnership agenda ensuring we are present at key fashion weeks with Jackets.
-Partners with adidas brand to ensure that outdoor BU key franchises are present on all key assets. Owns EIM agenda for Outdoor collaborating with local EIM team.
-Creates and excecute the 12 month story calender across all omnichannel touchpoints (Brand core store, Terrex Store, Tmall).
-Brings partnerships and stories to life for key consumer moments (big brand day, singles day, Chinese new year) and on key consumer platforms (i.e- TMALL).

-APAC Country/Cluster Counterparts (SpoMa, EIM, CtC, BA, RM/VM, Channel Sales, DTC)

-Comfortable being uncomfortable . Adaptable, could comfortably influence our APAC retailers and partners and work with them to ensure adidas outdoor wins

-Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing)
-A connector who is able to build and leverage a strong external network of creators and partners.

-Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally
