? To work with operations to provide customer oriented service at all times relating to CRs and projects management.

? Assist Key account manager to manage customer issue escalations and lead the initiative to develop prevention and resolution for key customers

? Facilitate the provision of solution management, account management and enhancement of supply chain that meets and exceed customers’ expectations

? To support Key account manager to do the preparation and delivering Business Reviews/QBR with customers

? To assist key account manager to lead and coordinate all contract renewal negotiation effort with internal depts.

? To assist to prepare BCAs for business and investment requirements

? Have good sense to work with operation team to resolve customer-related issues, and have the good sense for business and profitability growth 

? To work with Ops to ensure the delivery of quality service to customer and the compliance of SLA and KPI

? To support key account manager to do continually review and improved business processes to increase productivity and improve P&L

任职要求：

? Above 2-3 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics enterprise.

? Have good and advance conceptual knowledge in Account Management/Customer Service/Supply Chain Solutions

? Excellent management, communication and organizational skills.

? Problem solving skills.  Process management. Negotiation skills.
