（1）电话、邮件和在线接受客户咨询，记录客户咨询、投诉内容，按照相应流程给予客户反馈；

（2）负责网站企业客户资质审核。

  岗位要求：

（1）大专以上学历，工作经验不限；

（2）熟练操作计算机办公软件Office； 

（3）有较好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析能力，思维敏捷，善于表达自己的观点和意见； 
（4）具有亲和力及较好的沟通技巧、能灵活变通。
