An Operations Specialist for the Shanghai Online Teaching Center works to support the management team of the online language learning division within EF, a leader in the ESL industry. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working with Team Managers to support teachers to achieve the highest levels of quality and production for our customers that are located all over China.

You will:

·         Act as a liaison between central departments, center management and teachers

·         Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver operational support

·         Create, deliver and analyse reports to improve customer service

·         Maintain ‘clean data’ on all internal systems and reports

·         Manage customer service feedback and reports

·         Organize center activities to improve internal customer satisfaction

·         Provide basic technical support to teaching staff

Please apply if you have/are:

?         A College/University graduate

?         English written and spoken ability of B2 (CEFR) or above

?         Adaptable and able to improvise to the needs of the center

?         Attention to detail

?         Efficient at multi-tasking

?         General office skills, including writing reports, organizing and chairing meetings and training sessions, and presenting professional presentations

?         Responsive to the needs and interests of students and staff

?         Solutions to common IT problems

?         Strong inter-personal skills and multi-cultural awareness

Working hours and location

The Operations Specialist works for 40 hours per week distributed in agreement with the Operations Manager. Support duties may occasionally require hours above 40 per week. This position is based in Shanghai, Pudong district.

Pay

Base salary is 4000- 5,500RMB/Month plus social insurance. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
