岗位职责：

1)协助销售代表完成售前（签订合同）及售后服务（开通客户网站招聘广告，安排财务开票，快递部寄送等）的辅助性工作；

2)熟练操作CRM，确保合同出具、合同成交的准确性（入职后有专项培训）；

3)接听客户电话，帮助客户找到相应的联系人销售；

4)与公司内其他部门保持良好的沟通，保证工作的顺利进行；

5)执行上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1） 大专学历（应届生也可应聘）
2） 有文职、客服、助理岗位工作经验者优先
3） 口齿清晰，普通话标准
4） 稳重、细心，学习能力强，有良好的抗压能力及沟通能力
5） 熟练使用电脑及各种办公设备及word/excel/outlook等
