• Work with senior team members to generate collaboration, cooperation and communication across functions, regions and team members and ensure that the team achieves stated goals.
• Work with senior team members to develop project plans with established goals, milestones, timelines, and budget.
• Closely monitor and track project schedules toward milestones and issue status reports, including assessment of critical path activities. Deliver objective assessment of progress and potential risks.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve discrepancies in project priorities, plans, and activities in a timely fashion.
• Work through problems and use analytical ability to interpret and communicate them effectively. Looks beyond the obvious for innovative and simple solutions.
• Identify ways to accelerate the project execution where possible while maintaining high quality standards.

• Deliver minutes, progress reports, and other means for project team communication collaborations.
• Develop and track project budgets, identify variances, anticipate scope changes, and communicate changes and issues that may impact the current project budget to other appropriate key stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular team meeting schedules, draft agendas, and provide meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports according to project management best practices

Qualification

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with a focus on Medicine, Pharmacology, or equivalents; Advanced degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the drug development process within academia, a pharmaceutical company or biotech industry.
• Ability to leverage drug development experience to enable robust and efficient project plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships to effectively interface at all levels across the organization.
• Excellent negotiation skills. Flexible, high level of integrity, action- and goal-oriented.
• Strong project management skills, including ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet or exceed project deadlines.
• Proved ability to execute and perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proved ability to make sound judgement and decisions. Possess the ability to quickly assess problems/situations and provide effective resolution/solution.
• Proactive and organized with exceptional follow up.
• Detail oriented without losing the big picture.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point. Demonstrated strong proficiency in the use of MS Project.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
