Duties and responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the underwriting ecosystem and recommending appropriate improvements;

2. Gathering the underwriting process related requirements and ensuring that they are aligned with common UW architecture strategy and current goals and vision of RISK department;

3. Helping to develop risk tools for better UW process and credit risk management;

4. Providing necessary analytical supporting for related projects and assisting in finding solution for risk decision systems;

5. Supervision of more complex projects, requirements and solutions;

6. Participating in test scenarios preparation of new underwriting features and overseeing quality assurance of delivered projects and task;

7. Understanding of implementation of underwriting process changes and business requirements. Good knowledge of UW process resulting in building and maintaining of strong underwriting processes documentation;

8. Cooperating with other underwriting teams members;

9. Cooperating with other departments, mainly with IT Architecture, Business/System Analysis, Collections, Anti-Fraud and Sales.

Requirements：

1. University degree – preferably with major in IT (computer or information science), Economics or Mathematics;

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT or system/data analytics area or equivalent positions in IT analysis or IT architecture;

3. Working abroad or studying at a foreign university is an advantage;

4. Experience with credit risk, underwriting or any approval process or decision making systems is big advantage;

5. Hard skills and technical knowledge:

1). Understanding of consumer finance industry processes and risk management;

2). Process modeling, BPMN, UML standards and other analytical techniques are must;

3). High level knowledge of IT technologies like REST, micro services, rabbit queue, java etc;

4). Deep analytical thinking ability and understanding the details of the processes and the process dependencies with keeping the big picture always in mind is a must;

5). Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and in working with relational databases as such is advantage;

6). Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Enterprise architect, Visio or Camunda is big advantage.

6. Soft skills and competencies:

1). Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written);

2). Strong analytical, logical and abstract thinking;

3). Strong communication and negotiation skills with capability to work under pressure, presentation skills;

4). Focused on detail while keeping the common sense and creative and independent problem solving;
