Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

·         Monitor social media environment, give timely alert and follow-up negative cases with internal operation and refund team.

·         Work with GR, PR team to deal with negative government and media cases.

·         Analyze data on social media platforms and prepare related reports

·         Contents development on different social media platforms to promote EF

·         Assist with social media campaigns and events.

 

Qualifications/Experience

·         Bachelor degree or above in management, business operation, marketing, etc.

·         2+ years of experience in PR, operation, marketing, etc.

·         Extensive knowledge of different social media platforms, like WeChat, Weibo, Zhihu, etc.

·         Excellent office etiquette and strong attention to details + deadlines

·         A team player that knows when + why to prioritize certain tasks over others.

·         Past work or internship experience in education industry is a plus
