1）负责公司质量管理工作

2）根据ISO9001;2004标准的要求，组织建立和维护和保持质量/环境体系

3）负责进料、成品质量标准和检验规程的执行，监督指导各项质量检验工作

4）负责处理质量异常，协助处理顾客投诉与退货调查、原因分析，并拟定改善措施

5）负责组织不合格品的控制，制定不合格的预防和纠正措施，并予以督导执行

6）负责检验仪器、量具、实验设备的管理工作

7)负责监督、检查质量记录，组织分析管理数据
