JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• HBL/MBL issuance, ocean freight charges confirmation, shipments pre-alerts, input data in operational system

• assist the operator to complete basic shipping arrangements

• response to customer for related information

• other jobs assigned by the leader

REQUIREMENTS

• College graduate, major in transportation ,forwarding or logistics is preferable

• 1 years of documents experience，or a new graduate who loves freight forwarding industry.

• Good written English (ability in reading and writing e-mails and documents)

• working carefully and seriously, have patience, have a strong sense of responsibility

• Willing to learn new things

• knowledge of basic finance is preferable

• Immediate availability to start is required
