岗位职责：

-发掘分析客户拓展体验培训需求，开发维护新老客户、为客户制定合理化解决方案，多角度、专业化的呈现服务项目及服务效果

-把握销售机会点，与客户达成合作意向、签单，执行；

-主动维护、巩固客户关系，稳固合作基础，做好产品的二次销售；

-及时反馈客户需求、市场变化，提出新行销思路、建议，提升客户满意度。

任职要求：

-本科以上学历，应届毕业生也考虑，有同行业经验优先；

-有强烈成功欲望和抗压能力，有进取心、责任心强，；

-普通话流利，思维敏捷，有良好的表达能力和沟通技巧；

-工作主动，有良好的服务意识；
