岗位职责： 

-维护、开拓大客户关系，深度挖掘客户潜在培训需求，完成需求调研与诊断分析； 

-有效分析、结合客户的需求，制定针对性、专业化培训解决方案； 

-快速解决客户的咨询、疑问、建议、反馈，提升客户满意度，把握销售机会，促成长期合作； 

-组织实施培训，渗透培训服务的全程及后续开发，反馈培训报告，建立客户档案； 

-参与团队分享，协助推进内部相关业务和流程的培训 

-执行公司的销售策略及制度，完成销售任务。 

任职要求： 

-本科学历； 

-2年以上年销售工作经验，有培训行业从业经验者优先； 

-愿意从事培训咨询工作； 

-积极主动，善于沟通和分析，学习能力强； 

-有良好的团队合作意识。 

-英文沟通能力强，办公软件操作熟练。
