岗位职责：

-在自己职系的行业领域做专做细，深入经营人脉圈；

-关注行业发展动向，了解行业信息及潜在人才需求；充分了解企业战略和人力资源规划，提前发掘客户的服务需求；

-分析客户需求、制定人才寻访计划并付诸实施；

-目标公司定向深挖，寻访、猎取、甄选、面试、推荐所在职系的人选；

-候选人F2F面试评估，人脉关系维护、增进关系粘合度

-熟悉猎头整体工作流程，完成公司要求的其他各项业绩指标

 

任职条件：

-本科及以上学历，专业不限；需要2年以上猎头相关工作经验，有丰富的资源；

-良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力；

-较强的解决问题能力，能够承受工作压力；

-积极热情，精力充沛，有团队精神；
