岗位描述：

1、数据库的安装，版本升级和补丁升级；

2、数据库的日常操作和维护，例如参数调整，表空间调整等；

3、数据库相关的事件，问题和变更的处理；

4、数据库的备份策略制定，备份和验证；

5、数据库的运行状态的监控；

6、数据库性能的调优；

7、根据应用系统的反馈，提出数据库层面的优化建议；

8、数据库的安全加固和审计；

9、实施数据库的高可用性部署；

10、编写并更新数据库相关的技术手册。

任职要求；

1、3年以上大型oracle数据库管理工作经验；

2、熟悉Liunx、AIX、HP-UNIX操作系统，熟悉Shell脚本；

3、深入理解Oracle体系架构，对数据库优化，架构设计有较深入的研究和实践经验；

4、熟悉Oracle10/11g RAC/Dataguard的安装及补丁安装,数据库升级，配置，管理及故障troubleshooting；

5、熟练掌握awr/statspack，sqlprofile，sqltrace，OWI等调优工具；

6、具备高并发压力下的数据库管理，维护经验。参与过重大数据库割接迁移，版本升级及系统集成实施项目。
