岗位职责：

1、负责部门外包员工盖章件审核及盖章；

2、负责部门每日快递盖章件备案查询；

3、负责标准离职证明审批、全国各证明出具（会划分区域）；

4、执行上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，应届生亦可；

2、有行政助理、档案管理 经验者优先；

3、有责任心、工作积极主动、细致认真、学习能力强，有强烈的服务意识，但不失原则；

4、能熟练使用Office软件。
