Objectives for the position:

To ensure all production operators are trainned in qualified level, all process issues are prepared


Job description:

Develops production schedules in conjunction with Production manger
Create and compile WI for every position or machine, including sawing/turning/CNC Milling/grinding/manual milling etc.
Prepare training documents and be responsible for training operators, specially the new employee
Work out every process the necessary produce equipments and inspection equipments
According to production drawing to work out production routing including machining time for every process and create in SAP system
According to production drawing to work out quality check plan, create quality check sheet, including check inserts/spare parts/equipments, etc.
According to production drawing to work out every process key requirements
Make the quotation for special tools and repairing tools
Be responsible for resolve technical issues during production process
Involve and support production team to improve productivity and reduce scrap rate
Evaluate operators skills matrix
Be responsible fortraining of new employees in particularly on milling
Fullfil the other tasks which are given by management group

Profile of ideal candidate:

A college degree is required with a major in engineering
Good communication skills and teamwork style is essential
Be able to communicate in English
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge in special tool production is preferred
Be familiar with machining process like turning/milling/grinding/heat-treatment etc.
Be familiar with measuring equipments like vernier callipers/micrometers/dial gauges etc.
Be familiar with steel material
Good skill on reading drawing
Good CAD knowledge and average PC skills
be familiar with CNC machines
Basic production management skills
