         Medical Information service

    

• Handle unsolicited medical inquiries from HCPs, consumers and internal colleagues from hotline/mailbox/digital channels in a timely manner with satisfaction
• Record medical inquiries in MI database
• Maintain medical information website
• Create standard response documents and customized medical responses to customers
• Deliver medical solutions verbally, in writing or through presentation
• Asist medical booth set-up and staffing for 3rd party academic conference and BeiGene stand-alone meetings.
• Provide literature update to internal stakeholders
• Provide customized medical information service to KOLs
• Report SADRs to local Clinical Safety & Epidemiology within defined timeframes
• Provide literature searching service to internal and external customers

    

Customer Insight

    

• Provide customer insight analysis to Medical, MKT, Sales for business opportunity
• Support product growth and new product launch via MI service

    Involve in other  channels of communicating with customers such as internet, conferences where  appropriate

• Master degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmaceutical science, life science or medical intelligence，especially in oncology.
• At least 3 year of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Information or related functions，especially in oncology.
• Excellent literature searching skill
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong customer focus sense
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
