Job Description

• ?？？？？？？ Market intelligence on international transportation LSP in AP;
• ?？？？？？？ Drive global LSP management and development strategy deployment in AP, e.g. new transportation mode try out, LSP pool development;
• ?？？？？？？ Collaboration with PUI to do LSP selection, tender management and new LSP implementation;
• ?？？？？？？ Lead LSP development projects, e.g. 8D, FMEA, etc., collaboration with internal stakeholders;
• ?？？？？？？ Best practice roll out regarding to LSP across RGBs in AP;
• ?？？？？？？ Identify cost saving opportunities through market research and benchmarking;
• ?？？？？？？ LSP risk management and mitigation plan;
• ?？？？？？？ LSP KPI monitoring and performance improvement;
• ?？？？？？？ Lead quarterly business review meeting with key LSP;
• ?？？？？？？ Escalation handling (Capacity, Claim, Cost, etc.);

Qualifications

• ?？？？？？？ 5+ years’ experience on logistics management, supply chain management, LSP management, int’l transportation management or other equivalent;
• ?？？？？？？ Bachelor or Maser degree on logistics, supply chain, international trade or other equivalent;
• ?？？？？？？ Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin;
• ?？？？？？？ Accountable, proactive and customer oriented, good team player with self-motivation, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment
• ?？？？？？？ Open-minded and is able to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities and multi-cultural environment;
• ?？？？？？？ Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work cross-functional;
• ?？？？？？？ Good problem solving skills;
• ?？？？？？？ Independently lead/coordinate projects with ability to adjust project priorities;
• Willing to travel in CN and oversea;
