区域销售经理
岗位职责
1. 联系并开发客户,推动并发展区域销售。
2. 带领和指导销售人员通过制定业务计划,实现销售目标。
3. 确保每个销售成员掌握最新产品知识及销售技巧。
4. 确保日常业务的顺利运作和对自我行为的约束。
5. 严格按照公司要求,控制办事处运营费用和销售成本。
6. 合理分配资源来支持销售完成目标。
7. 建立计划将效率/生产力***化
8. 支持销售与客户建立深层次关系
9. 指导和激励销售团队以完成公司目标
10. 理解并遵守公司政策/流程
11. 确定和建议人才的职业规划发展方向
12. 确保收入成本平衡。
任职要求
1. 电气/自动化相关专业本科/学士学位。
2. 8年以上自动化行业相关工作经验(传感器相关行业优先),其中至少3年销售管理工作经验。
3. 3人以上团队管理经验。
4. 独立自主,优秀的管理能力,有前瞻思想。
5. 优秀的中英文读、写能力。一定的口语能力。
6. 可接受出差。
Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities
1. Communicate and develop customers, drive and develop successful sales.
2. Lead and direct sales though business plan to achieve sales target.
3. Ensure that each sales member is up-to-date with product knowledge and sales skills.
4. Ensure smooth daily operation and compliance to self conduct.
5. Strictly according to company’s requirement, control operation and sale’s cost.
6. Reasonable allocate resource to support sales to meet their targets.
7. Create plan to maximize the efficiency / productivity.
8. Support sales in building high level customer relationship.
9. Guide and motive the sales force towards achieving company goals.
10. Understand and administer compliance to company policy / processes.
11. Identify and propose career path for talents.
12. Ensure the balance between cost and profits.
Profile of Candidate
1 Bachelor degree in Electrical/Automation related fields.
2. More than 8 years’ relevant experience in Automation industry (sensor industry is preferred) including at least 3 years managing experience.
3. At least 3 persons team managing experience.
4. Work independently, excellent management capabilities, proactive attitude.
5. Complete and fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
6. Frequent travel is required.
