Job briefing: Define and review JD and propose grade, salary range, interview scheduling with hiring manager

Sourcing: Decide sourcing channel and search candidates

Screening and selection: Shortlist candidates and recommend to Business; interview arrangement; follow up interview results and assist hiring decision

Offer issue: Offer and other terms discussion with Business; negotiation with candidate and conduct reference check

Contingency Plan: Candidates backup in case of offer turndown

Build up of talent pool;

Hiring consulting for Business

Recruitment control through KPI

Familiar with whole recruiting process

Basic C&B knowledge

Good communication and interpersonal relationship

Fluent English both written and spoken

Team oriented spirit Strong decision making in channel sourcing and candidate selection

Offer proposal in the last stage ( in this respect, decision initiating and Decision reviewing rather than final decision maker)

Time and resource management

Good network within and outside company to facilitate hiring
