?       Develop local channel marketing whole business plan, align with sales and trade support teams, and works closely with them to execute the plans in support of delivery of distribution, volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets in indirect channel

    

?       Develop all IC and MC selling materials in the channel, ensuring they closely mirror the channel selling approach & target customer so they are practical, relevant and useable

    

?       Lead B2B and B2C project POSM design and manage POSM allocation including consistent communication material planning and design/messaging development, allocation mechanism and delivery tracking

    

?       Provide channel mothed guidance to Industry operation (IT) system to support the delivery of T1 and sales team

?       Bachelor’s degree

    

?       5+ years on channel marketing or retail experience in B2B2C  

    

?       Strong project and internal coordinator management skill

    

?       Good analytical and presentation skills. 

    

?       Hands on experience across the communications mix product marketing, Sales, production, events, digital and customer relationship management

    

?       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

    

?       This position requires medium frequent business traveling
