职位: HR & Admin Assistant
工作职责
主要负责人事行政相关support工作
HR
1.Daily update of company forms(Annual leave record form, birthday record form, employee record form, special audit - employee information form, interview record form)
2.Recruitment (telephone appointment of candidates, email, conference room reservation, reception)
3.Responsible for interviewing candidates for the 808 ability test
4. Staff entry (go through the entry procedures to help them familiarize themselves with the company environment)
5.Employee resignation (handling resignation procedures)
6.Confirmation of Employment
7.Residence permit to permanent residence & Foreign students settle down(prepare materials, accompany employees to go out for certification, communicate and coordinate)
8.Contact with FSG and send medical reimbursement materials
9. Assisted HR in scanning, printing and P-files processing
10. Employee injury material handling
Admin
Foreign colleagues on business trip to Shanghai: prepare Invitation_Letter, hotel reservation, related matters
Contact suppliers to make envelopes, business CARDS
Staff birthday activities, festival activities, invoice reimbursement, procurement.
Create PO: Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore
Conference room reservation and coordination (R&D, HR)
Documents and packages sent
Annual Dinner Preparation & Coordination
