一、岗位职责

1. 组建和管理生产团队，执行全球生产体系，保证完成公司的生产任务  Setup and supervise MO team，deployment GMS to ensure completing company production goal

2. 执行生产计划Execute production plan;

3. 组织和管理日常生产，满足安全，质量，成本和客户交付率等指标  Organize and manage production to meet Safety, Quality，Cost and OTD requirement; 

4. 和其他部门通力合作，持续改善推动公司业务发展，Collaborate with cross function team to continuous drive company business development.
   

5. 编排实施生产计划Design and execute production plan
6. 负责生产过程管理Responsible for Production Process Management
7. 负责生产现场管理Responsible for Onsite Production Management
8. 负责完成所有安全相关的行动，确保安全生产Responsible for the implementation of action to ensure safety work
9. 负责生产成本控制Control production cost
10.  负责生产线员工的技能培训和生产能力的提高 Responsible for operator training and skill & competency improvement
11. 监督员工的有关安全、质量和生产率的绩效Monitor employee performance regarding safety, quality and productivity.
12. 负责协调与其他相关部门的关系Coordinate interdepartmental relationship
13.  参与工作场所持续改善工作Participate in work environment continuous improvement
14. 协助项目推进Assist project implementation
15. 负责解决生产过程发生的突发事件Account for any accident/emergency in production process
16. 负责中车浩夫尔各种体系和工具在现场的实施Deployment CRRC-Hofer various system and  tools in the shop floor

二、基本要求

1.    机械电气专业，大专以上学历 College degree or above in a Technical/ Electrical related field

2.    5年以上工作经验，3年以上装配相关经验，动力总成装配经验优先  More than 5-years work experience and 3 years’ experience in vehicle assembly related industry, powertrain assembly experience is preferred.

3.    基本相关知识包括安全，质量，物料和计算机  Basic systems knowledge, including EHS, Quality, Materials and computer.

4.    基本质量体系知识（TS16949） General knowledge of Quality System Requirements (TS16949)
