1. To suggest, coordinate and carry out the monitoring of new suppliers audit plans.
2. To impel, provide technical support and guarantee that the problems are solved.
3. To introduce the STA work methodology defined by the STA Corporate Director: Control of suppliers' PPAP (content & timing); To ensure supplier evaluation (ICP, IMI) and feed back to them; and to lead supplier development in accordance to the LPM
4. To make the suppliers quality audits (System and Process), directly or through the STA.
5. To carry out the monitoring of the action plans stemming from the audits.
To manage the STA Team, guaranteeing efficiency, development and motivation and be responsible for the turnover rate of STA team.
