Overview of job:
Responsible for the brand in Tmall, JD, and other major e-commerce sites RTB advertising planning, and optimization
KPI Metrics:
Advertising planning and optimization quality
Time management
Client satisfaction
Reporting of the role:
This role reports to the Ecommerce Director /AD/Manager. Assists the team’s execution of the daily work and assures accuracy of work delivered.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for ecommerce station RTB advertising, including but not limited to 天猫直通车/钻展,京东京准通, 1号店 etc
- Project internal and external coordination communication, communication and execution to ensure better serve clients.
- Coordination of internal financial process.
- Ecommerce advertising data analysis, reporting
- Serve client stores owners if necessary, to deliver required results in day-to-day operation
Tasks & Measurement:
In three months:
Get familiar with Dell business and day-to-day internal/external operation
In six months:
Deliver required RTB advertising planning and optimization following line manager’s lead
Timely turnaround & follow up on daily execution
In 12 months:
Good understanding on overall Dell ecommerce business
Good relationship with internal/external daily contacts
Smart use of MC/GM internal resources
What you will need:
- Experience in ecommerce or direct marketing fields.
- SEM, or RTB like execution experience is preferred
- Good communication skill, team player
- Hard working, great sense of responsibility
