Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
·Achieve sales objectives within assigned district, manage and control monthly inventory level in distribution channel
·Develop and maintain T2 distributor relationship/network, from day-to-day business to improvements to contractual issues
·Pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders
·Execute channel promotion activities in responsible area
·Business extension in non-target area
- Try to involve products in non-target area
- Set up distribution network in non-target area
- Implement distribution policy and make marketing action plan in non-target area
- Non-target KA agreement management
- Meet agreed sales target for non-target area
·Data collection and price management
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance will be measured: indicators, activities…)
·Accomplish sales of Target T2 sell-in and Non-target consumption
·Meet sales behavior target as data collection, ETMS data upload
·Others please refer to annual object setting.
Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: College degree
Languages: Mandarin
Experience:
– More than 2 years sales experience within OTC/Retail industry
– Experience of channel management is a must
