We are currently seeking a Merchandiser who will report to the Head of Merchandising as part of our dynamic team in China, based in Shanghai.

How you will contribute

• Base on the sales performance and weekly store request to arrange transfer
• Follow up the special order from stores and check with Headquarter and other regions for global transfer
• Cooperate with regional team based on the floor map and Visual Merchandising plan to prepare the merchandise assortment for new opening stores
• RTW, LG , shoes etc. management according to HQ’ guidelines and range plan to stores
• Lease with logistic to follow up delivery status of the trunk show order and communicate with the HQ
• Help retail training team prepare the product training presentation to stores
• Summary of the weekly sales by department and by material group
• Market Survey for competitor’s seasonal and carry over products’ price

Who you are

• 7 years’ experience in Merchandising or above
• Luxury or Fashion retail Industry. Ability to lead and drive performance
• Strong data analysis skills
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and able to work under pressure
• Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded
• Be able to accept the necessary travel arrangements
