岗位职责：

1、负责项目资源的协调与组织，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作； 

2、负责项目计划的制定，跟踪和维护，确保项目目标的达成；

3、负责组织项目各项评审会议及项目例会； 

4、负责项目风险控制、及时发现跟踪解决影响项目进度相关问题；

5、协调项目资源配置，制定并输出项目流程规范，确保项目任务有序推进。

岗位要求：

1、5年以上项目管理经验其中至少3年产品项目管理经验，本科及以上学历，计算机、通信或相关专业；

2、工作积极主动，具有高度的责任心和项目推动力；

3、熟悉项目管理相关理论和知识，有敏捷实践的经验； 

4、工作细致，负责，能承担短期项目压力，有效的控制项目目标的达成； 5、具有良好的沟通、交流和组织能力，出色的团队合作精神；

6、熟悉云计算、大数据、AI等相关领域技术，有交付云计算类项目管理经验者优先。

7、有PMP、ACP、一级建造师、软考高级证书者优先。
