Responsibilities:
Business Development in China West
Implement 3C Industry Board Go West Growth Strategy.
Deep dive value chain to enrich main customers contacts in China West.
Establish internal and external industrial network.
Ensure to capture businesses where customers shifted from East and South.
Explore China West new, adjacent and white space opportunities.
Coordinate One company Seminars, Trade Show Activities and Events.
Development Pipeline Management
Enrich growth initiatives through ideation process with customers and rapid market assessment.
Build and execute the strong growth pipeline , including channel leverage, account penetration , & new application development.
Report Dashboard twice a month including deliverables, new lead , development pipeline, and potential opportunities.
Apply Salesforce.com for chatter connection , call report , account plan/contact & opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above degree ( MBA will be plus .).
At least 5-8 years of sales , marketing and business development experiences in related industry.
Proactive with great energy and passion.
Strong industry experience with ability to explore and capture growth opportunities.
Capable on businesses development for new market assessment and offering development.
Results - Oriented with the ability to influence , network/collaborate with others.
Good team player is able to motivate team and work closely with cross business team.
Great communication and interpersonal skill.
Good English and Mandarin skill including writing and speaking.
Good Computer Skill.
Able to travel frequently within China.
