职位描述


Support China SE daily operation and produce management report for SE VP and SE Leaders to manage the team and business

Maintain team HC movement and employee information update such as employee new hire, resign, transfer, upgrade IC level, passing certificate etc.

    

Review travel request and approve travel in system.

    

Company cars reservation according to guests' /SC Leader schedule; Coordinating schedule and driver etc.

    

Issue invitation letter for event guests or employee headquarters for marketing event or customer visit to China.

    

Running SCTA no time fill report, get reason for no fill, chase for not complete hours. And send reminder every week.

    

Generate SCTA monthly report, including SC activities for each team under Simon; Analysis no opportunity ID for customer hours; Customer Care hours details; Monthly top 20 customer; CPSC top 20 customer; YTD top 20 customer for each team and overall.

    

Set up concall and WebEx meeting attendance and logistics, Recording Meeting Minutes and follow up after meeting.

    

Edit slides for operation report, team certification report, SCTA productivity report, cloud SC and manager certification chart, collecting monthly key deal updates from managers and consolidation. CPSC top 20 customers slides, and other report when needed.

    

Booking Hotels/ Flights through CWT; Cars/ Meeting rooms when needs.

    

Award nomination collecting for team quarterly. Collecting invoices and claim award expense for winners.

    

Quarterly bonus pool checking for teams and OPAS rating generate for Joyce team and managers.

    

Every team SC activities Pie and Top Opportunities as well as Customer Care hours etc and over all reports etc.

    

Contribution in Oracle WeChat Public Account, edit articles and titles when take part in the topic; provide ideas of hotspot topics or events take part in.

    

Monthly Inbound Call report for OD Application team, including analysis inbound call hours can monthly / YTD hours comparison and line charts.

    

Analysis SCC engagement points percentage and made pie chart.

    

Ask the reason the one give 1 or 2(low point for unsatisfied engagements) and record.

    

Send reminder mails monthly to focus account owners to update the document for ISO audit preparation.

    

Collection and upload Marketing Event form and relevant documents for Joyce and EPM/BI/BD team.

    

Tracking sales for FSI/Telco/PS/BigData/BI/EPM/ES/Cloud Co-prime/Region/MRD1/MRD2/MRD3 teams actual number to Karen every Monday.

    

Collecting and arrange nominations of marketing events, confirm with attendee and inform relevant ppls.
