Overview:

The IT Services Department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive a appropriate IT services which in turn facilitates delivery of professional service to clients. The IT Department is organised so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing IT technical support for PC systems and other applications
* Install, configure and trouble shoot PC hardware & software, LAN and printer, e.g. PC notebook, Windows 7, MS office, IP phone, HP Printer, Projector etc
* Offer both desk-side and phone IT support services to internal users
* Participate in IT projects, e.g. testing and deployment of software applications, IT & AV support in special events
* Shift duties are required upon the IT Manager's request


Requirements:
* Degree holder or above in IT or other related disciplines
* Knowledge of PC windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers
* Initiative, good team work and able to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
* English written and spoken skill is required.
