职责描述：

? Mainly works on editing Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles.

? Query for KB articles that are assigned to edit workflow on a daily basis, prioritize urgent tasks.

? Review KB articles, correct any mistakes in logic, grammar, punctuation, etc., make sure the content align to global English guidelines and MS style.

? Work with writers to polish the articles and try to avoid any misunderstanding.

? Publish articles if required and follow up on the publication. Make sure the articles go live on Microsoft platforms.

? Other tasks assigned by team lead and manager. 

任职要求：

? English native speaker.

? Bachelor’s degree.

? Be proficient in English, especially reading and writing is a must. 

? Basic IT knowledge, especially MS products, is preferred.

? Detail-oriented is a must.

? Team work spirit.

? Good sense of time management.
