Main responsibilities

• Recruitment

1. Confirm the recruitment requirements and need
2. Update and confirm the job description accordingly
3. Manage recruiting channel and the completed recruiting cycle.

• Training

1. Work as a coordinator between company and campus
2. Collect and update the training record
3. Maintain training system

• Daily operation

1. Manage labor contract, including new contract, renewal and amendment etc.
2. Support internal movement
3. Update staff list timely

• New project support

1. Due diligence: prepare, key in and process all basic information and data for further analysis.
2. Assist in the project human resources takeover and prepare for all the HR documents and files.
3. Assist in the staffing for new projects.

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.  

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience in HR field
• Bachelor degree and majoring in HR or related
• Work style is result – oriented, carefully, timely and logically
• Good command of English
• Good at communication
• Can work under high-stressed working environment
