职位描述
（行业：轻工电动工具）
Responsibility（岗位职责）:
1、 产品的总体方案设计，可行性研究，技术方案设计；
2、 协助组长完成各阶段成本预算，负责所设计产品的零部件成本控制；
3、 完成总装图、零部件图的绘制、尺寸链的计算以及开发流程中需要的文件资料并导入PDM系统中，并对其质量负责。
4、 制定负责项目的阶段计划、月、周计划，确保计划的及时完成；
5、 协助完成本项目产品的试制计划，负责解决产品试制中的设计问题，协助工厂试制期间的料件确认。
6、 协助模具采购工程师控制所开发项目的模具进度；
7、 负责所设计产品的零部件的通用性和标准化；
8、 协助品质部门完成产品试验大纲、实验标准的编制及实施，负责编制产品的企业标准；
9、 解决专业类产品的技术问题；
10、 对本组人员和公司相关人员进行技术指导和培训；
11、 协助组长建立专业组的标准化设计及编制设计指南；
Requirements（任职资格）
1. Education background（教育背景）：本科或以上学历；机械类专业等。
2. Position experience (岗位经历)：3年以上工作经验，1年以上电动工具类产品设计经验，在本司独立开发过1个以上产品。
3. Knowledge requirement（知识要求）：本岗位的职责、工作流程、工作标准；本公司的产品知识，部门组织架构及岗位分工；本岗位基础知识及专业知识；
4. Skills requirement （能力要求）：英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练运用各类办公软件(word、Excel、Powerpoint等)及制图软件（Autocad、ProE），逻辑判断分析问题解决问题能力，理解表达沟通能力，抗压自我调节能力，创新能力，计划能力及学习能力,能同时指导1~2个产品开发；
5. Competencies requirement（素质要求）: 认同企业文化，责任心、敬业爱岗、上进好学、积极主动、以身作则、团队协作、职业操守、思维敏捷；
6. Others：(gender, health status, working experiences etc.) 其他要求（性别、健康状况、从业背景等）：身体健康，从事过电动工具的技术开发；
