Main responsibilities:
1. Define, plan, coordinate and implement the corporate marketing programs, brand building, merchandizing activities and promotions with a team of marketing staff and overseas subsidiaries
2. Align with all branding strategies; communication elements, including retail and product packaging are cohesive and consistent to achieve integrated brand image and enhance brand equity in totality
3. Co-operate with the product department to implement product launch activities, including product training, merchandising concepts, point of sales materials, etc
4. Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and define and manage marketing budgets
5. Manage staff in different key functional groups within the department and expedite the process and communication across different departments
6. Define role and responsibilities for the staff
7. Evaluate or define department organization structure in order to maintain highest operation performance
8. Establish and improve process for systemic working standards
9. Manage team with performance assessment to have the highest efficiency on work with reasonable economical scale in human resources
10. Manage the team, cultivate and develop staff to ensure smooth operation and maintain stability
11. Fulfill cooperate management program requirements and report in a timely manner
12. Achieve the targeted and KPIs within time constraints
Requirements:
1. Seven Years work experience in similar position.
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Studies, Marketing.
3. The candidate with the training experience of Project Management, Marketing & Sales, Leadership will be preferred
4. Presentation and Business Negotiation skills.
5. Excellent oral & written English
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office
7. with solid experience in fields of marketing, marketing communications or customer relationship management
8. Sensitive to business issues, customer acquisition and needs of customers
9. Sensitive to international news affairs, society, economy and consumer markets
10. Self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and a devoted team player with good interpersonal skills
11. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
12. Strong in project management skills to handle multi-tasking international projects
13. Excellent presentation and effective communicator
14. Excellent English and Chinese writing skills in communication such as brochures, leaflets, direct mailing & web sites
