Key Accountabilities 主要职责:
1. Make the facility investment plan in the project plan, finish the facility purchasing and installation & debugging
项目计划中完成设备投资计划,设备采购、制造及安装调试
2. Manage and monitor the whole production equipment, if reasonable, can modify process into better way.
对整个生产设备监控、管理及合理改造
3. Create annual maintenance plan and supervise the implementation. Take care of the safety management in the plant.
编制年度维修保养计划,监控维修保养的合理实施。负责工厂的安全管理
4. In charge of manufacture engineering and production technology transferring。
负责工厂制造技术及生产技术的传输。
5. Any other works assigned by supervisors.
上级指定的其他任何工作。
Requirement 要求
(1) Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related
本科或以上学历,机械类相关专业。
(2) 5+ years of experience in Automotive system, and 2+ years manufacturing management experience. Familiar with TS16949 and Lean production tools, such as IE, TPM etc.
5年以上汽车行业工作经验,2年以上制造业管理经验,熟悉TS16949质量体系、IE、TPM等
(3) Strong Leadership and problems solving skill. Be able to work under stress. Good team player。
卓越的领导力及解决问题的能力。具有团队精神及抗压性。
(4) Fluent oral & written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
良好的中英文听说读写能力。
