Rich Media is on the cutting edge of Google's Display business and is growing at an unprecedented rate. The gTech Ads Creative Specialist team leads Google's engagement with large brand advertisers, technology partners, website publishers and creative agencies. Manage high revenue interactive accounts and develop strong relationships with clients to maximize campaign activity. To ensure high adoption and usage of our Rich Media product, you build client interest, communicate performance metrics and develop creative campaign strategies. You also provide support for highly complex technical issues, as our ads are among the most engaging and dynamic on the Internet and utilize the most innovative display formats technically possible.

Required Qualifications:

●      BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).

●      Fluency in Chinese and English

●      Proven Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and XML

Preferred Qualifications:

●      Technical sales experience, with strong business knowledge;

●      Sales engineering or professional consulting experience. 

●      Capable to work under stress and handle client-facing tasks independently.[1] 

●      Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

●      Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.

●      Highly motivated individual with a proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion.

●      Technical background in ad serving industry and internet technologies

●      Sufficient Adobe Flash, GRUNT and SASS Experience experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to ensure offerings are delivered on time and to expectations. Provide technical implementation training, consulting services and best practices to sales counterparts and clients[2] . Resolve client facing technical and set up issues and escalate any bugs to engineering. Manage multiple concurrent campaigns by analyzing effectiveness and making strategic business and technical recommendations for continued program improvement.
