岗位职责：

1、根据项目需求编制市场调研分析报告，确定产品和客户定位；

2、制定营销策划方案并负责推动实施，配合工程设计前期工作，并提出合理化建议；

3、负责公司策划营销内外部资源整合及公共关系维护；

4、负责公司战略合作资源的引入，借助外部资源提升公司项目运作能力及团队专业能力。

任职条件：

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销相关专业；

2、8年以上营销相关工作经验，3年以上同等岗位工作经验；

3、熟悉地产营销策划及销售工作流程，具备独立撰写项目策划的能力；

4、至少完整操作过2个以上大型商业项目，具备珠三角地区大型写字楼项目经验；

5、有一定的战略合作伙伴资源，能牵头开展战略合作客户引入；

6、具备团队管理能力。
