Direct report to：Tooling Manager

Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities：

1. Base on tooling manager’s instruction to assign bench technician to complete job accordingly. Ensure
running in accordance with work instruction, production plan, budget, and customer’s spec & tolerances.

依照模具经理的指令安排钳工的工作，确保钳工依照指令、生产计划、预算及客户规格公差的相关
要求完成工作。

2. Prepare and meet with tooling manager, further discuss on production processsequences.

准备生产序列，并与生产主管讨论。
3. Ensure identification of produced parts according standards

确保所生产零部件的标识符合医疗模具标准
4. Communicate with other leader and related department to ensure smooth and efficient production

与其他领班及相关部门合作，共同确保生产平稳、高效
5. Ensure and execute visual and dimensional check before inviting final inspection

在终端检查之前，进行目视检查并对工件进行实际尺寸检测。
6. Request final dimensional, visual and non destructive inspection

要求最终尺寸检测、目视检查以及无损检测
7.Executing the company’s policies regarding Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health.
执行公司质量、环境、安全和健康的政策。
8.Filling time sheets of subordinates

填写下属的考勤表
9. Implementation of 5S, maintain work shoptidiness
组织生产车间，保持环境整洁5s。
10.Production progress reporting on weekly base to tooling manager
向模具经理每周汇报生产进程。
11.Follow up and execute all tasks assigned by tooling manager

跟踪、执行模具经理所分配的任务。
12.Complete regular performance evaluations for subordinates as per company regulation
根据公司指令完成下属的定期考评

Requirements：

1.Technical secondary school，major in Engineering or Mechanical.

中专以上学历，工程机械类专业。

2.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position of tooling manufacturing

在模具制造相关行业至少5年的经验。

3．Tooling assembly and testing，Skills in tool technique knowledge, read drawing.

模具装配与测试，能够读懂机械图，了解模具技术。

4. Familiar with tooling structure, machining processand solution.

熟悉模具结构，机械制程。

5.Lead bench team to plan & complete assigned tooling job, Ensure assigned job completed on time, meet quality requirement

领导钳工团队计划和完成指派的工作，保证指派的工作按时完成，迎合质量需求。

6.Quality control on tool dimension, Ensure strictly self-inspection implemented.

对模具维度进行质量控制，保证自我检测执行严格到位。
