Direct Report to: Tooling EDM Leader.

Responsibilities：

1、Strictly implement regular machine maintenance and daily record according to machine handbook;

严格按照机床说明书的要求做好机床保养和日常维护工作并作好记录。

2、Complete all assigned job and make sure manufacturing record on time & meet quality requirement.

严格按照图纸要求保质、保量、按时完成工作任务并作好加工记录。

3、Daily inspect the consuming parts, and check the storage of spare parts.

每天检查机床易损零件及消费品的备用量。

4、Keep raw material, drawing, tool orderly placed, maintain work table & floor tidy.

保持原辅材料工件、图纸、工量具有序整齐地摆放,保持桌面整洁,保持地面清洁卫生。

5、Timely handle with scrap material(copper, molybdenum wire), place in assigned area.

废料应及时处理,废铜丝/钼丝及时上报组长并放批(指)定地点。

6、Complete the assigned work by leader

完成领导安排的工作。

Requirements：

1、Technical secondary school，Major in Engineering or Mechanical.

中专及以上学历，工程及机械类专业。

2、Above 3 years related experience in similar position of tooling manufacturing.

在模具制造相关方面有3年的工作经验。

3、Wire cutting processing, Operating, programming, processing on wire cutting machine independently

线割工艺，操作，制程，独立操作线割机器。

4、Proficient in operating Sodick QA wire cutting machine. Complete job on-time and qualified.

能熟练操作沙迪克AQ系列慢丝。准时及合格的完成工作。

5、Proficient in reading drawing

能够读懂机械图。
