Key Accountabilities主要职责：

1. Prepare export customs documents according to the requirement;

2. Inquiry to forwarder;

3. Deal with the customs random check and normal inspection when cargo leave Pilot FTZ;

4. Deal with customs clearance directly in airport for quick shipping requests;

5. Handle customs duty tariff online and prepare paper work;

6. Operate inspection and quarantine process according to the request of CIQ and settle the related expenses;

7. Arrange and renew the list of CCC parts;

8. Prepare monthly statement of CCC Customs info. to CIQ officer;

9. Cooperate with CIQ officer’s annual inspection in Maji Rd.;

10. Organize the goods’ info. to the coding agent

11. Make a payment application for forwarder;

12. Maintain ERP(BaaN IV) for freight payment  

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Major in Logistics, Business trade or English

3. At least 1 years’ working experience about Customs affairs;

4. Knowledge of import and export regulations

5. Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policy.

6. Knowledge of the policy of CIQ.

7. Knowledge of CCC parts certificate procedure.

8. Knowledge of spare parts sales.

9. Familiar with ERP system;

10. Skilled English and computer application;

11. Responsibility and service oriented;

12. Strong communication and coordination skills;

13. Action Oriented focus, active communication;

14. Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability
