Key Accountabilities主要职责：

1. Assistant for collection, supervision and implementation of company quality documents.

2. Handle the nonconformity and customer claim according to PDCA rule; issue the NF report; follow up all the unclosed cases by the end of a month.

3. Regularly check the quality system process operation record; evaluate and report the integrity, authenticity and validity of the records. 

4. Regular analyze the customer feedback and issue the customer satisfaction survey report.

5. Support the internal audit and review of system management.

6. Carry out regular 5S checks at the warehouse, form the report, follow up the correction action and improvement result.

7. Implement relevant standards for AEO certification, continuously supervise and inspect the implementation of internal departments and divisions, rectify the nonconformity, correct it and follow up the preventive action

8. Support and cooperate with the AEO certification work.

9. Continuously collect and compile AEO internal process documents

10. Organize legal and regulatory training and learning, at least once a month

11. Coordinate the audit work of  AEO Certification once every two years

12. Assist Logistics Managers to improve department internal processes, including warehousing and customs issue.

13. Organize and compile all the existing processes into a standard form.

14. Import and export data collation and analysis

15. Outbound and inbound data collation and analysis

16. Other matters assigned by the line manager

17. Concurrently serve as an imp&exp declaration coordinator when necessary         

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Major in Quality management, Logistics, Business trade or English

3. At least 1 years’ working experience about Customs affairs;

4. Knowledge of quality management

5. Knowledge of import and export regulations

6. Knowledge of customs free trade zone bonded policy.

7. Knowledge of AEO certification.

8. Familiar ISO or other quality management;

9. Skilled English and computer application;

10. Responsibility and service oriented;

11. Strong communication and coordination skills;

12. Action Oriented focus, active communication;

13. Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability
