Responsibilities

?       Develop social media strategy to drive brand awareness and online presence with different channels including but not limited to Wechat, Weibo, Zhihu, Douban, Baijiahao, Sohu etc.

?       Plan social media calendar on monthly basis and be flexible to make adjustment according to latest hot topics or events.

?       Design leads generation flow for all channels and ensure a smooth experience to direct traffic to leads generation page/tool.

?       Constantly develop innovative and compelling content for social channels to maximize user engagement and increase follower base.

?       Work closely with global social media and content team to leverage global resources and do the adaptation for each local media.

?       Closely monitor the trend of social media in China and make proper response on the latest hot topics to generate more exposure and engagement.

?       Track the performance of each channel and make actionable plan for optimization on weekly basis.

Qualifications

·       2 years+ experience in social media management or content marketing

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related

·       Native Chinese speaker with good command of English

·       Solid experience in copy writing and storytelling is a must

·       Creative and self-motivated

·       Team Player with the ability to work across multiple business functions to achieve objectives

·       Design and video editing skill is a plus
