Refinitiv Production Engineering is in-charge of developing jobs for Refinitiv flag-ship product Eikon. Eikon is a set of software products provided by Refinitiv for financial professionals to monitor and analyze financial information. It provides access to real time market data, news, fundamental data, analytics, trading and messaging tools.

It provides data on asset classes including Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Funds, and Real Estate.

The Project Manager will have responsibility for delivering valuable applications running in Eikon. The role will interact with all levels of the organization to help define, scope, and manage the health of projects.

Responsibilities:

o    Manages numerous projects that relate to critical business goals for a global business

o    Develops and tracks to detailed project plans and milestones for project teams; Interfaces with Product managers and global support team

o    Develops and tracks resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans

o    Delivery of multiple projects that include any and all phases of the project life cycle and within project management practices (tools may include: Jira, TRUST, Compass)

o    Collaborate with project members to ensure on-time, on-schedule, on-budget execution + deliverables

o    Track and resolve issues across multiple Refinitiv work streams involved in the project

o    Proactively identify and provide mitigation plans for any potential risks to the project’s overall success

o    Report status of the project using various MS office tools to present the appropriate level of detail based on the target audience

o    May act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, change requests, and sign-off on status and requirements

Requirement:

o    BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience

o    PMP Certification preferred and/or similar work experience

o    Minimum of 7 years of Program/Project Management experience 

o    Must have excellent analytical problem solving skills

o    Agile coach experience preferred

o    Demonstrates strong leadership skills

o    Strong team player with an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit

o    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project  

o    Above average organization, interpersonal, & communication skills

o    Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

o    Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationship
